    I work Monday-Friday from 10am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.

    I take calls between 8am-3pm. You can check my calendar for availability.

    During your project we will primarily use our project management dashboard to communicate. This helps me keep everything organized and in one place. Don’t worry, I’ll show you how to use these tools in the next section!

    Special Note: Please start a new thread in the project tools for each question.

    My team and I do our best to reply to all communication regarding active projects the same day (during our office hours).

    If you’d like to chat in real time via video/phone, you can schedule an appointment directly through your MyMiko Dashboard.
